Ingredients

30 minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 250 gramsMutton mince
  2. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1/4 cupraw papaya grated
  7. 1 tspkababs masala
  8. 2-3chopped green chillies
  9. 1 Handfulcoriander leaves
  10. 1egg
  11. 2 tbsproasted chana daal

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put everything in the blender and blend It well until nicely combined.

  2. 2

    Dip Wooden skewers in water for 15 to 20 mins.Then wipe it dry and keep aside

  3. 3

    Once the meat is nicely blended.Take a sweker and cover it with the blended mutton greasing your hands with oil and giving a nice shape

  4. 4

    Now add little oil on the tawa and arrange the skewers on it and roast it on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Once the kababs the generously cooked serve with salad or onion rings.

  6. 6

    Goes well with romali rotis or parathas
