Add Cooksnap

5 lbsground red meat
1 (15 oz)can diced tomatoes with chilies
1large onion, diced
1 cupbread crumbs
2eggs
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/3 cuphickory bbq sauce
1/4 cupsteak sauce
2 tbspmesquite marinade
2 tbspGray Poupon mustard
1 tbspGunshot sauce
2 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients well and place into a large casserole dish.

Cover with more bbq sauce and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Makes 16 servings
Serve with dark beer and a crusty bread.

Best meatloaf recipe. The glaze is superb. I have tried approximately 15 other meatloaf recipes in search of something to please my picky husband and satisfy my love of meatloaf. I tweaked it a bit. She puts the veggies through a food processor before mixing, but I find the extra dishes tedious. My favorite part is that it serves 10, which means I actually have leftovers :)
