Kvasac rastopiti u 1dl mleka sa malo secera i brasna i pustiti da naraste.

Dok raste umutiti jaja s ostatkom mleka,secera,soli i dodati narasli kvasac,postepeno dodavati brasno i ulje i mesati varjacom.

Ostaviti testo da dvostruko naraste pa premesiti,razvuci testo debljine 1cm i modlom ili casom vaditi krofne i ostaviti jos pola sata da narastu i zatim ih prziti u vrelom ulju.

Prvo stavljati gornju naraslu stranu u ulje,okrenuti kad porumene. Na kraju ih posuti prah secerom koji je pomesan sa vanilin secerom.
