Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

In a bowl,mix maida, chilly powder,salt and coriander leaves.Add water and mix it well. Make small balls and deep fry on slow flame and keep it aside.

Add 25g(4 teaspoons) of Ching's gobi manchurian masala to 250 ml of water and mix well and keep it aside.

Add two tea spoons of oil in pan, fry it with diced onion and capsicum for couple of minutes.

Add the manchurian balls and masala mixture which were kept aside to the pan.

Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
