First put soaked dal and sambhar Masala and chopped veggies in a cooker add water and salt to taste...let it whistle 4

Now in a pan heat oil and put aesofotedia and mustard and curry leaves

Add the dal and cook for 10 minutes and add 2 tspn sugar and garnish it with chopped Coriander

Serve it hot with dosa and chutney
