Ingredients

  • 500 gmParwal
  • 2 tspGinger and garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri mirch
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 bowl Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 2Chopped onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut parwal... Deep fry in medium flame

  2. 2

    In a other kadhai pour some oil.. Fry the onions.. Till transparent.. Add ginger garlic paste. And satue

  3. 3

    Add all dry masala and fry well

  4. 4

    Now add the fresh cream

  5. 5

    Now add fried parwal.. And satue

  6. 6

    Lastly add water as required... And add chopped Coriander leaves.. And Kasuri methi cover some time... And enjoy with garma garam chapati
