Ingredients

4 cupmilk
1 cupevaporated milk
1 cup condensed milk
4 tbspnestle cream (or dessert cream)
2 tbspagaragar powder (china grass powder)
1 tspvanilla essence o rose essence
3 tsp cocoa
2 tbspchocolate syrup

Steps

Pour all ingredient except cream in a pot and boil til it bubbles, make sure you stir it.

Remove from flame add cream and beat it well.

Let it cool a bit and set in moulds on casserole.

Keep in fridge to chill.

Unmould and top up with chocolate syrup and serve
