Mix salt and ajwain in both flour.

Now add oil.. Mix it properly.

By the help of water make medium dough.

Keep aside it by cover for 1 hour.

Now make big balls, cut the round shape pori by some mould.

Now cut from four six side

Now shape it

Now prick it by fork and press a black pepper in middle by the thumb.

Now press the fork at the point part

Now fry all Mathri in hot oil on medium flame.

Keep for cool.

Now keep it in air tight container. It's fresh for a month.
