2-3 servings
  1. 500 gmfresh Hilsa fish descaled and washed
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  6. To tastesalt
  7. For frying oil

    Mix everything and keep the fish aside for 15-20 mins

  2. 2

    Now deep fry the fish in sufficient oil

  3. 3

    Fry the fish until crisp and golden

  4. 4

    Serve hot with hot rice and dal
