Steps

Take a pressure cooker add pumpkin, potatoes, cucumber, salt and water and cook it til 2-4 vissels and after that grind it. Mixture is ready.

Now take a pan heat the ghee and add ginger and garlic paste and soute it for 1 minute and after that add tomato and onion puree mix well and soute it. Add Pav bhaji masala and all regular spices.

Now add the mixture in pan and mix well.

Bhaji is ready and serve it with hot Pav.
