250 gmBottlegourd chopped
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
2 tbspCoriander Powder
1 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 bowlCurd
2 tbspOil
1 tspCumin seeds

Steps

Mix all ingredients in curd except oil and bottle gourd

Now in son heat oil crackle cumin...add curd continuously stirring till a boil...mix bottlegourd....add water....mix and cover it

Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes...serve with roti
