Steps

Wash the tandla. Take a pan add water and tandla and boil it for 5 minutes and after that drain all the excess water.

Now take a another pan add ghee and coriander after that add garlic and ginger paste and soute it.

Now add finely chopped onion and soute it.

Add salt, all regular spices and add boiled tandla and mix well.
- 5
Tandla saag is ready and serve it with chpaati.
