Ingredients

30-40 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1pineapple
  2. 1.1/2 cup rice
  3. 1medium size red bell pepper
  4. 1medium size yellow bell pepper
  5. 1medium size capsicum
  6. 1carrot
  7. 3-4garlic pods
  8. 1/2"ginger
  9. 2-3red chilli
  10. 1medium size lotus stem for chips
  11. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  12. 3 tbsp oil
  13. 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  14. 3-4mushroom
  15. 1 tspgaram masala or curry powder

Steps

30-40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take sela chawal(boiled rice)soaked for 

    1/2 an hour, cook with 1tsp oil and 1tsp lemon juice.

    Cut onion and carrots in very small pieces. All bell pepper and capsicum in small cubes.mushroom in medium pieces. Garlic and red chilli finally chopped.

    Cut pineapple carefully from one side and scoop out the pineapple and make cavity.

    It's look like a pineapple boat.

    Cut pineapple in small pieces. 

    In a pan heat oil add garlic red chilli,and onion saute It add carrot and mushroom, cook all vegetables on medium to high flame,Add all remains vegetables except pineapple pieces. Stirfry all vegetables

    Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, crushed black pepper, salt to taste. Add pineapple and cook for 1 minutes add grated ginger and mix, now the time to add rice. Add rice carefully and cover it for 1 minutes on low flame, switch off the stove.

    For making chips, wash kamal kakdi very well and cut in to thin round or oval shape pieces. Boil in salty water for 2-3 minutes.

    Drain extra water. Dry this boiled camal kakdi and deep fry.

     To serve- take your pineapple boat fill with your Havana pineapple rice, garnish with lotus stem chips, any vegetables and leaves you can you for garnish according to taste. Enjoy this Havana pineapple rice.💐😊
