Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 2 cupsbesan/gram flour
  • 1-1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspginger garlic chilli and jeera paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspgroundnuts powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcarrom seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a batter of Besan and water.

    Heat oil add mustard seeds,. Carrom seeds, and the paste.

    Mix well, now add the masalas

  4. 4

    Add the batter groundnuts powder and coriander leaves

  5. 5

    Mix well, and cook till it leaves the sides. Add little oil and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now grease one plate and spread it over. Let it set for sometime.

    Cut into squares and fry them till golden brown.
