Grate the chocolate and put it in a bowl

Add whip cream to the chocolate

Put water in a pan and let it come to a simmer

Put the bowl on top of the pan stir gently till it melts completely

Put half of the mixture in a tomato sauce bottle

Apply the rest on top of the cake and spread it on the cake make sure the ganache is at room temperature

Use the tomato sauce bottle to make drips all over the cake
