Ingredients

15 mins
3 servings
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 3eggs
  • 1 pinchSaffron food colour
  • 1/2 cupChicken/mutton (cooked and shredded)
  • Water (enough to mix ingredients)
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Salt as required
  • For bagaar:
  • 1small onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2chillies (chopped)
  • 1 bunchcurry leaves
  • 1/2 cupcrushed coconut

Steps

    Heat a tbsp of oil in a frying pan.. put curry leaves and chillies.. fry it till crisp.

    Add sliced onion and saute well.. put little salt and fry it till transparent.

  3. 3

    Put crushed coconut and fry it just for 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Take out the pan from stove..

  5. 5

    Put in chicken/mutton, semolina and eggs.. mix very well.. Add a pinch of saffron colour. And add little water.. the consistency of batter should be thick. Add salt (if required).

  6. 6

    Keep frying pan on a stove, heat it well. Spread the mixture/ batter and put a tsp of oil around. Fry on both side till it's crispy at edges..

  7. 7

    Serve hot
