Thoroughly wash the green grams and place them in a pressure cooker

Add some water and let the green grams to cook untill soft

Prepare the ingredients, onions, garlic,carrots, tomatoes, Dania

Put the onions in a sauce pan and fry them till brown add in garlic then carrots

Then add in tomatoes, salt and some seasoning allow then to cook for some 3 minutes

Add in the boiled ndengu and some strew and allow it to cook

Add in dania

Serve with rice... it's really yummy
