Chop the onion and potato very finely.

Take a large mixing bowl. Put the wheat flour, finely chopped onion and potato in it. Then add black pepper and salt to taste. Also add 4 spoon oil.

Mix all the ingredients, add some water to make a tight dough.

Divide the dough in 5 portions. Take one portion and roll it with rolling pin into 4 inch size roti. Slightly roast it on both sides on hot tava and bring it down.

Again roll it to 6 inch size or to thickness of paratha. Roast it again nicely on hot tava with some oil/ghee. Repeat with process for other 4 portions.

Crispy Koki is ready to serve.
