Steps

Boiled water in pan. add jaggery in water and boiled water until jaggery melt.(Do not over boiled)

Take a nonstick pan or heavy bottom kadai.add ghee and add broken wheat- Dalia. roasted few minutes.

Add cardamoms powder and add jaggery water, mix well and cover the pan with lid and cook lapsi for 10 to 15 minutes.

Garnish with almonds and grated coconut.
