Steps

In a Bowl put your yeast, warm Water and sugar to proof your yeast. Let it rest for 10 mins

In a separate bowl mix your flour, powdered milk and salt

Mix your dry and wet ingredients and knead for 15mins until the dough has an elastic texture

Cover and let it rest for atleast an hour
- 5
Grease your baking tin and cut the dough in your desired shape. Cover the dough for another 30mins
- 6
Preheat your oven at 180degrees celcius
- 7
Brush your dough with butter/ egg whites and bake for 15-18 mins. Cool and serve with your desired beverage
