Steps

Wash and soak Chana overnight.

In pressure cooker Add chana, sprinkle some salt, 2 cups of water and pressure cook until 7 to 8 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and saute till it gets light brown colour.a and allow to cool down.

Make paste of fried onion.

Add diced tomatoes to the blender and grind to make smooth puree.

Heat oil in a kadhai,add onion paste and cook for 5 minute.

Add tomato puree.

Add choke masala mix and cook till oil starts to loose out from the spices.

Add boiled Chana, mix, add some water and salt, cover and cook for 10 mts.

Garnish with chopped corriandar leaves.
