Heat oil and temper celery seeds and nigella seeds and red chilli

Now add the gourd slices and saute well

Fry well till colour changes and add Potatoes and brinjal slices

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft

Remove cover and fry adding sugar
- 6
Serve it at the beginning of the meal
