Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1.5 cupgobindo bhog rice
  • 2 headparts of rohu fish
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 handfulwhole garam masala
  • 1 handfulcashew nuts
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the head with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and deep fry the head keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add oil in the pan add cumin seed bay leaf and crackle

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

  5. 5

    Add powder masalas saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add the fish head saute and combine

  8. 8

    Add rice mix well and pour warm water and simmer till the fish and rice become soft and moist

  9. 9

    Add sugar ghee and garam masala

  10. 10

    Garnish with cashew nuts and serve
