Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 1 tspmustard seeds
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 8 to 10curry leaves
  5. as per tastesugar and salt
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 cuppeanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the peanuts and remove the skin

  2. 2

    Roast the poha and keep a side

  3. 3

    Tadka take a pan heat oil add mustard seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and sugar once done mix it wth poha dein add peanuts and store it in a tight container..
