    Sbhi sabji kat lein.kheera bina beej wala hona chahye

    Cooker me tel garam karein.jeera pyaj adrak lehsun paste bhonen.sabbi sukhe masale,tamater bhun kar kata hua khera alu dal kar sabji chalayen.namak air 1/4 cup pani dal dal sabji ko galne tak payen.hara dhniya se garnish karein
