  • 1/2pineapple grated
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Add grated pineapple and saute

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it starts getting tender

  4. 4

    As it gets soft add sugar and mix

  5. 5

    Serve it cool and enjoy.
