Microwave Khandvi
Steps

Mix Besan & curd. Add ginger paste and oil. Mix well. Keep in microwave for 5-7 mins stirring in between. Add water little by little and mix. Take it out of the microwave. Add lemon juice and mix.

Grease the plate. Spread thin layer in the plate. Make cut on it and roll them.

Heat oil in small pan. Add rai and meetha neem. Sprinkle it over rolled khandvi.

Garnish with coconut powder & coriander leaves.
