Gajak is usually made during uttarayan/ sankranti/pongal
Steps

Fry til till it splutters and keep aside.

Then heat ghee in a kadhai and put Mawa and fry on medium flame till pink.

Then add sugar powder and mix well.

Cook till it boils and add til and cook for 2-3 minutes and add cardmom powder.

Then cool a little and pour on a greased plastic sheet.

Roll to a thin sheet with a greased rolling pin.
- 7
Give cut marks and set for about 2 hours.
- 8
Then take out the pieces and serve.
