Steps

Heat the pan and add mustard oil. Add cumin and fry it until it becomes brown. Add chopped onion and fry properly. Then add all spices.

It other vessel we cut the methi leaves and boil it with the water and after 15 minutes we drain all water from the methi and again we add this methi in pan and fry all the ingredients properly. After 15 min when oil becomes separate from all ingredients then add one cup water cook them for 5 mins. Now switch off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves now it's ready to eat with chapatis...........
