Take two apples and cut from downside to make flat so apple can stand straight

Chop white chocolate and melt it on double boiler

Stir continuously in anti clockwise

Pour it with spatula on apple

Let it set for 20 min.

Then again coat it secondly

Add sugar in water and caramelize it add red colour to it

Pour red colour on apple from all direction

Put mint leaf in a lolipop stick and push it in apple
