Take the maida in a mixing bowl.
Add sugar and salt. - 2
Add oil. Then, add curd and mix well with your hand.

Add hot water, little by little, and knead it into a soft dough.
Cover it with a lid and allow it to rest for 3 hours.
Open the lid.

Take medium-sized portions of the dough and roll them into flat shapes between your palms.
Dip it into a bowl of maida and place it on the rolling base.Roll it into a long oval shape using your rolling pin.

Heat a tawa on the stove.
Apply water on one side of the rolled naan dough.
Flip it over and place it on the tawa in such a way that the wet side is facing downwards.
Now, flip the tawa upside down, such that the naan is directly in contact with the heat.
