Steps

Knead flour, oil and salt in a bowl.

Add water bit by bit till you get a tough dough.

Knead for 10 minutes

Divide to small pieces then make balls.

Roll out and put oil then oil and place on top of each other.

Roll out to a flat circle

Dry both sides in a hot pan then separate to quarters and form pockets.

Fill pockets with green grams& sill with flour paste.

Deep fry in hot oil and serve either as snack or as breakfast with tea.
