Ingredients

  • 3Tomatoes
  • 1Garlic
  • 1Onion
  • 1 Tsptomato paste optional
  • 1 Tspcorn flour
  • 1 Tsporegano or mixed herbs
  • 2 Tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the tomatoes or blend them

  2. 2

    Cut the onions and garlic into small dices and fry them in oil

    Add the tomatoes and tomato paste

    Cook for a minute before adding one cup water

  5. 5

    Dilute the corn starch with 3tbs water and add to the sauce

  6. 6

    Season with sugar add the oregano and let simmet for 4 minutes on medium heat.its ready brush on your pizza
