First boil rice with all spices.drain excess water rest for few minutes

On the other hand heat a pan add desi ghee all spices(zeera,lung,tejpatta,cardamom)add onion,ginger garlic paste sauté for few minutes now add chicken put salt,chilli powder,garam masala,curd,mint leaves mix it and cook for few minutes

Add cashewnut put boiled rice mix it nicely cover the pan for at least 15mintues.Serve with green chutney.
