2 servings
  • 2large slices of fresh salmon
  • Olive oil
  • slicesLemon
  • Vegetables to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease a baking sheet thoroughly with oil.

  2. 2

    Arrange zucchini and lemon slices, place the salmon on top, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Add more vegetables to taste in the steamer.

  5. 5

    Bake the salmon covered with aluminum foil at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    I placed a bed of potatoes, put the salmon on top, and served it with zucchini and carrots.
