  1. 150-200 gasparagus
  2. 1 packShirataki noodle (200g)
  3. 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  4. 1 tablespoonMentaiko (salty chili fish egg)

    Cut asparagus and Shirataki noodle and boil 1 minuet.

    Mayonnaise onpan and start to fry
