Take a bowl add semolina salt, red chilli powder, pinch of soda,curd, chaat masala, chopped onion. Add curd And mix well

At last mix oversoak chanadaal. If u need water for the paste u add some water. Make smooth paste rest for 10 min.

Take aape pan grease with oil drop and put into batter of appe.

Cook on medium flame. If one side is brown u turn over the appe and cook both side till light brown.

Appe is ready.
