Ingredients

7 to 8 piece
  • 300 gramsmawa
  • 1 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 7-8 pieceany dryfruit for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate or crumbled mawa

  2. 2

    Heat one nonstick or heavy bottom pan, add mawa and ghee.

  3. 3

    Roast until mawa become semi dry. Transform in to plate keep it little warm

  4. 4

    Add powder sugar and cardamom powder in mawa, mix well and make peda.(Do not add sugar in hot mawa)
