Wash your mchicha. You can opt to chop it on cook it just as it is.

Put it in a sufuria and sliced onions on top with some salt, put it over heat to dry up any excess water left whilst washing.

Add the light coconut cream and bring to boil.

Once the light cream is almost dry add the thick cream and simmer it thickens. Ensure that the onions and salt have mixed well with the vegetable and coconut.

Serve as desired!
