Ingredients

  • 1 ltr. buttermilk
  • 1 cupbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspfemugreek seeds
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 cupcurry patta
  • 2dry red chillies
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 2onions
  • 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  • For Pakoras
  • 2 cupbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 cupspinach leaves (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the better of buttermilk and besan adding salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and put cumin seeds.fenugreek seeds.mustard seeds dry red chillies

  3. 3

    When splutter add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    When cook add red chilli powder

  5. 5

    Pour the better if it's thick add water

  6. 6

    After 1 boil simmer it and cook 20 minutes

  7. 7

    For pakoras

  8. 8

    Make thick better of besan adding salt and carrom seeds

  9. 9

    Add chopped spinach leaves

  10. 10

    Heat oil

  11. 11

    Make small pakoras and fry it

  12. 12

    Put in curry and serve with rice
