Steps

Finely chop the spinach and tomatoes

Whisk the eggs with the salt, paprika, turmeric and pepper

Oil your muffin tray with oil
- 4
Layout the chopped spinach in the tray
- 5
Pour the eggs half way into each muffin cup
- 6
Then layout the tomatoes on top
- 7
Preheat oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes

Then put the muffin tray into the oven and bake for 20 minutes
- 9
Take them out of the oven, let rest then use a table knife to remove them from the tray
- 10
Serve with some toast for breakfast
