In a pan heat the ghee and add Rajigra flour and roast until golden brown and fragrant. Please cook on medium heat as the flour can easily stick at the bottom. Once the ghee starts to separate add almond powder and cook for another minute. Turn of the gas and keep stirring at regular interval until it cools a little bit.

Add jaggery and mix until it melts and is all incorporated to the flour. Add cardamom powder and pour in a grease proof tray.
Garnish with nuts and poppy seeds.
While its still warm mark to desired shape and let it cool. Once cool enjoy the gor papdi. - 3
