First we will preheat the pressure cooker by adding salt in below of cooker and removing rubber and whistel for 10-15 minutes covered with lid and placing a stand in it in medium flame.

Take a bowl add maida and icing sugar strain them now add milk as per thickness.

Add baking soda to the batter there should be no lumps.Divide these into two portions in one add vanilla essence and in other add cocoa powder and mix.

Now take the cake tin Grease it with oil add first vanilla flavour batter then cocoa batter in middle repeat these process one after one by placing one by one layer of batter.

Now take a toothpick and in the middle of cake make design with it.Place the tin in the cooker for 35-40minutes cover it with lid in medium to low flame.

Check it if it's not cooked,cook it for further 5-10minutes take out the tin let it cool and cut it and enjoy.
