Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupkhowa
  2. 1/2 cuppaneer
  3. 2-3 tspmaida
  4. 3 cupsugar
  5. Ghee for deep fry
  6. 2-3 tbspDry fruits for garnish
  7. 1 tspCardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix well top 3ingredients until it forms a soft smooth dough.

    Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water half proportion of sugar and let it boil until u get half thread consistency.Add cardamom powder also.

    Make small balls from dough and deep fry till golden brown and remove it from oil and place it hot in sugar syrup. Sugar syrup should be hot not in boiling temp.

    Garnish with chopped nuts
