Boil the milk,add 3 drop vanilla essence,beat the egg,add little water to the custard powder and mix.

Pour the egg in the Milk,stirring constantly,now the milk start boiling

Stir in the custard and sugar

Grind the bread and pour in the mixture,give a good boil and wait till pudding thickens,and off the heat.

Take 1/2 cup sugar and make caramel with 2 tbsp water,once it started becoming brown just off the heat.

Pour in putting and keep aside for cooling 1 hr.

After pudding been cooled down transfer to the fridge for another 1 hrs...

Serve chill or as you like
