Firstly chop bananas into small pieces, keep aside.

Heat ghee 4-5 tsp in a pan on medium flame, add chopped bananas and fry till golden brown.

Dry roast semolina with continuous stirring in separate pan until good aroma.

Add roasted semolina and roast it for 3-4 minutes.

Now add boiling milk, keep mixing, now we get smooth consistency without lumps.

Stir continuously until thickness.

Add sugar and stir continuously until sugar melts.

Add remaining ghee and cook till it leaves the edges of the pan and oozing out of some ghee.

Add cardamom powder, mix well, take off flame, and offer to God and serve
