#Here presenting,a delicious twist to normal chhole kulcha..the curried chhole are stuffed in hot kulcha bread just like pita pockets..flavoured with sweet & spicy sugar syrup chutney,spicy green coriander chutney, chopped onion and tomato.

Preparation of chhole kulcha pockets..prepare curried chhole as per recipe (shared before)..prepare sweet & spicy sugar syrup chutney and green chutney... chopped onion and tomato.

Cut kulcha bread in half..and slit in between to make pockets as shown.

Roast kulcha bread with 1 TSP oil/ ghee on tawa..for one minute. Similarly roast.remaining...them at time of serving.

Now in slit kulcha bread packet..add 3-4 tbsp of curried chhole..as shown

Sprinkle sweet and spicy sugar syrup chutney and green chutney..as shown.

Garnish with chopped onion and tomato pieces..Serve /relish immediately.

Sweet & spicy sugar syrup chutney prepared from shared recipe.

To prepare green chutney..grind 4 green chillies,ginger and 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black rock salt..and 1/2 lemon juice..with little water in mixer grinder jar.
