Ingredients

  • 2big tomato chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • Oil as needed
  • 1 tspjeera
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Roast the onion in it

  3. 3

    When the colour gets brown,add ginger garlic paste in it

  4. 4

    Roast it for 5 minutes then the tomato in it

  5. 5

    After the softing of tomato add spices

  6. 6

    Tomato masala is ready to eat
