Ingredients

2 cupThin white poha
1/3 cuppeanut
1/3 cupoil
4green chillies
1/4Turmeric powder
leavesFew curry
1/2 cuproasted chana dal
1 tspsugar
to tasteSalt

Steps

In the pan heat the oil on a medium flame.

Then chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Then add roasted chana dal, peanuts fry for a while.

Then add Turmeric powder, sugar, salt and mix well. Immediately add roasted poha mix well gently.

Ready to poha chivda.

Let the poha chivda cool down completely. Then Store them in airtight container.
