Chop the palak, boil the dal and palak together in a cooker.

Chop the onions, crush the garlic and grate ginger. Chop the chillies.

Heat oil and add the chillies, ginger garlic and onions and saute till golden brown.

Add the dal palak and add the masalas also, leave it to boil.

Heat butter.
- 6
Season it with jeera, kashmiri red chilli and red chilli powder.
- 7
Spread over the dal palak. Garnish with coriander leaves.
